Like many of you, I've been to Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World and one of the most popular attractions there is the Jungle Trek. Although it can be saddening to see captive animals, it's also possibly the only way that I would ever get to see these animals in such close proximity. Most seemed to be well-cared for and peaceful, in a preserve far larger than most zoo environments. The environment itself is astounding in it's variety of plant life and diverse habitations.
